Capriccio Software's quality assurance program begins with managing our projects carefully according to schedule, cost and performance objectives. We achieve our goals for quality assurance with comprehensive quality assurance peer reviews prior to delivering products to our clients. Our peer review process involves the review of all draft products for quality and accuracy by specialists with relevant expertise who were not involved in producing the drafts. The basic tenants of our quality strategy include:
- Working with our customers to determine their requirements and the optimal solution for their needs
- Ensuring each team member understands their responsibility for product and service quality, to include subcontractors
- Performing rigorous, flexible, and responsive peer review processes and procedures that include
